Kimberly Beam Lancaster
For Karen Beam Ewing's older half-sister Kimberly, life has been a real bitch. She was the product of a one-night stand between Alan Beam and a former prostitute named Billie. After sleeping together, Alan and Billie had a parting of ways until Billie found out she was pregnant, then came crawling back to Alan, asking for money. Alan supported her throughout the pregnancy, but after Kimberly was born, she abandoned them and hasn't been seen since. In late 1978, Alan moved to Dallas and Kimberly stayed behind and lived with an aunt. She lived with her for two years until Alan returned in 1980, after leaving Dallas. It was then that Alan met and married Nicole, who would later give birth to Karen.

Kimberly's life was good during those years. She grew close to Nicole and thought of her as a mother. But Nicole was stricken with a brain tumor and soon died, leaving Kimberly and Karen to be raised by Alan, who wasn't always the best parent.

When Kimberly turned 19, she got a job as a bank teller and after years of hard work, she worked her way up to position of vice-president of the bank. It was around this time that she met Neil and married him. Kimberly and Neil had the kind of relationship she had always wanted and she soon gave birth to Tiffany. Their relationship started to deteriorate when Neil thought she was having an affair with the president of the bank, Tom Roswell. Although she wasn't, things were blown way out of proportion. One of Neil's friends, Stan, became infatuated with her and schemed to break up their marriage by making it appear as if Neil was having an affair with a friend of his, Yvonne. Kimberly found out and filed for a divorce. Neil managed to tape a conversation of Stan's, confessing to scheming to break them up, but at the last second, decided not to show it to Kimberly.

Only months after Kimberly divorced Neil, Tom tried to pressure Kimberly into a relationship, but she rejected him. He fired her and tried to ruin her name. Due to that, she's had a hard time keeping a decent job anywhere.

Recently, Kimberly came to Dallas with Karen and Christopher, where she crossed paths with Neil again. She began to spend more time with her daughter Tiffany (who Neil had custody of). Right now, Kimberly works on repairing her relationship with her daughter as Lucy Ewing works on a relationship with Neil.

Note: Kimberly, Neil, or Karen never appeared or existed on Dallas, as they are RTS creations.
